English term or phrase: wordcount ratio
Could you please tell me the approximate wordcount ratio of English to THA?

For example, for a 1000 word source English file, how many words should there be in the THAI translation?

อัตราส่วนจำนวนคำ
Explanation:
I sure that my answer is correct i.e. the translation of the "wordcount ratio", however, I don't think it is the answer to the question you are asking for.

Per 1000 English words, how many Thai words will it be? It is very difficult to answer, however, with my past experience, it is about +/- 20% of the source words, e.g. 1000 English words could be translated into 800-1200 Thai words.
