As for nisanesi I khink you asked nipanes some turkish fonts invisible in your system, you had better change in Encoding section of internet Explorer
to Turkish /Windows to see Turkish fonts
The difffernce : ifadesi : means that gift shows/reveals..
But nişanesi (this font is "s" with a hook like addition below)
means : indication/sign
you may use both but this second is a little ... I can say used generally not by young persons in a sense that it is a little (not informal but) classical (?) expression . You may use other as well. But they are both equal.
And I think your telling this in Turkish is so nice for your fried that not so much differs.
