If you have a Unicode enabled browser you will see the correct diacritic/tone marks. If not, it is "Chuc mung Sinh nhat" (pron. "Chook merng sin nyat").

If Robert is younger than the person speaking/writing, use "em". If Robert is older, use "anh" (pron. "ain" in the North and "un" in the South.
