English term or phrase: "whole wheat bread" in Vietnamese
I was offered the following translation to denote "whole wheat bread": bánh mì trắng có hạt.

This is the description at Vitacost:
“wheat bread” is made from wheat flour, and not necessarily from whole-wheat flour. Whole-wheat bread is made from the entire wheat kernel, including bran and germ. Whole-wheat bread is available in rolls and loaves of various shapes and sizes, and may contain other grains.

Please advise if the translation suggested is OK.

bánh mì đen
Explanation:
the adjective "đen" does not mean "black". It refers to the colour of wheat which is "undermilled" or almost "whole wheat".

the term \"bánh mì trắng cả hạt\" is not good and it can cause misunderstanding that the bread may be made of \"whole wheat\" instead of \"wheat flour\".
