Sorry I don't know the Vietnamese name ... and have never seen this plant in Vietnam.

Tôi nghĩ đây là một loại phiêu sinh vật (plankon) sống ở nước. Đây là thức ăn ưa thích của nhiều loại cá, đặc biệt là cá con. Ở một số nơi người ta còn gọi chúng là trứng nước hay bo bo.

Theo tôi, câu trên có thể dịch ra như sau:

Chất này khó có thể hòa tan vào nước nhiều đến mức gây ngộ độc cho cá và các loại thủy trần.

Tuy nhiên, chữ thông dụng số nhiều tiếng Anh là "daphnids", tương đương với tiếng Tây là "daphnies". Nên trong câu này, có thể nào là typo không ? ( đánh nhầm tiếng Tây vào ?)
