round-shoulder syndrome
Explanation:
also you will see "stoop-shoulder syndrome".

I have also seen "sloping shoulders", but the two above seem to be the ones used in medical literature. Mostly it is caused by bad posture.

A Google search for round-shoulder syndrome will show lots of results.

disagree  Kourosh Abdi: I saw "Shoulder Ptosis" only on one page among the tens of billions of the pages on the net. The context shows that "Shoulder Ptosis" is the reuslt of fracture and happens when the broken shoulder is improperly treated.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you for your note. I understand but TOS is what my client's paper is about. Any way, different suggestions are provided in this page and everyone can read them and use different terms for their purposes.

-> Since the context is about school children, I assume that it issue is posture and not medical/surgical, which is what "drooping" or "dropped" usually refers to in Google searches. I would also argue that "oftadegiye shane" is exactly what you suggest here

droopy shoulder syndrome

Explanation:
Droopy Shoulder Syndrome
Droopy shoulder syndrome (DSS) is characterized by a depression of the shoulders that stretches the brachial plexus, thus causing pain without any signs of neurological impairment.

This condition occurs most often in young women who are mildly or moderately depressed. Their shoulders are painful and the only clinical sign is drooping of the shoulders. There are no signs of neurologic abnormality. A lateral radiograph of the cervical spine shows all seven cervical vertebrae, the first thoracic vertebra and part or all of the second thoracic vertebra.

forward shoulder (posture/position) (FSP)

Language variant: fallen shoulder (with much lower frequency)

Explanation:
In majority of the medical/orthopedic articles studying postural shoulder and cervical disorders associated with heavy backpacks that students, soldiers, backpackers and hikers carry, we face "forward head/shoulder" position (ref. web references). Round shoulder (posht-e gerd) or kyphosis whose colloquial term is hump back (goozhposhti) also affects the vertebral column, while by definition, in "forward shoulder posture" the spinal column remains unaffected and instead scapula, clavicle, humerus, abdominal and cervical muscles and thorax are malpositioned (pls refer to http://sportsearch.blogfa.com/8607.aspx for more details).

--------------------------------------------------

Forward shoulder posture and kyphosis can both lead to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (although not necessarily), however TOS itself is not the equivalent for افتادگى شانه as it is a condition in which thoracic vasculature or nerve fibres are compromised (Stedman's medical dictionary).
