Salmon trout "puppeli"
Explanation: This is a name of a streamer fly. Apparently 'kirre' is a slang expression for 'kirjolohi' which translates as salmon trout. 'Puppeli' seems to be a term referring to a style of tying filament to the thorax.
In the URL below you can see the Kirrepuppeli and perhaps recognise the style used to make the thorax.
The asker has declined this answer Comment: Yes, I have that page. But as I can't read the Finnish instructions, I can't figure out what's meant--bullhead? muddler? bullethead? But thanks for the hint on kirjolohi.
