"De onderstaande aanbieding, die specifiek ontwikkeld werd voor de Corporate markt, bestaat enerzijds uit een maandabonnement en anderzijds uit *oproepen die betaald worden in functie van het aangeboden profiel*."

This sentence appears in a proposal for employees of a telecom. It's not clear to me what the relationship is between the calls that will be paid and the position of the job on offer. Clarification and translation would be highly appreciated. TIA.

This is a bit of a guess, but given the context it seems like the offer consists of part subscription and part calls which need to be paid for and are dependent on the type of "profile" or perhaps subscription, subscribed to.
