his appears in a legal brief from Belgium:

"De zitting ten gronde stond gepland op 1 juni xxxx, maar uit het dossier blijkt niet dat deze procedure ten gronde reeds plaatsgevonden heeft. Deze procedure is gekend onder het nummer xx/xxx/x."

Would "The docket number of the proceeding is xx/xxx/x" work?
