Feiten: Diefstal, zonder geweld of bedreiging, zonder verzwarende omstandigheden (Gewone diefstal), SWB 461, 463, 466, te Belgie, BRUSSEL, Sinter-Goedelevoorplein tussen 28/02/2011 om 12:00 en (etc.)

"SWB" here is unlikely to mean a vehicle, since the theft was of a handbag attached to a child's push-chair, and I don't see how "subjective well-being" fits in either.
