French term or phrase: annonce de diffusion
In my TV co-production agreement, not sure if this means actually means "annonce de la diffusion" (announcement of the broadcast of...) or "annonce de diffusion" ("broadcast announcement"???).

Here's the original:

ARTICLE 19 - PRESSE - PROMOTION

My two possible translations for the first bit are:
"not to authorise any broadcast announcement in respect of the Programme"
OR
"not to authorise any announcement on the broadcast of the Programme"

See the difference? Which is right?
