Since you can really say "at natural", I would use either the word "nude" or "naked".

Cassell's New French English Dictionary. I cross referenced the term with the similar Italian artistic term;they both mean life-size.

I would leave it in French. Everyone knows what it means, and it is a flavourful, colourful, meaningful expression. But if you want to use an English expression, you already wrote it yourself with "naked" or "nude".
