Customer survey
This is a customer survey/marketing report regarding new car purchases.
The above abbreviations mean "Occasion Vers Neuf" and "Renouvelant Vers Neuf" (cf. http://www.lexpansion.com/economie/les-francais-et-leur-voit... The first category relates to customers who have migrated from the used car to the new car market, while the second covers motorists who always buy new cars.
I have tentatively opted for "Used to New" and "Renew to New" (and am considering whether to dare using U2N and R2N for the tables...).
Anyone know if other terms are more frequently used in the auto industry for such categories?
Many thanks.
