I am translating a very general technical/engineering list of terms, and I keep coming across the abbreviation "pr." Below are three examples of its use:

PR = pour / matières premières for / raw materials

Explanation:
In your first two instances, I feel pretty sure it simply means 'pour' > 'for'. However, your third instance is more tricky; it might still mean 'pour' (matières pour 3 E) — but we might just have to consider it could be referring to 'matières premières'; though I've only really encountered that abbreviated to '1ere'
