stock certificate without voting rights Explanation: basically, under French law, shares of stock may be divided into voting right shares and investment right shares. so stock certificate or non-voting shares (certificat's investissement) and non-voting prior-preferred shares. not totally sure about prior for prioritaire. In English, prior means payment before other shareholders. you need to get a book on corporate structure and one in french on the various structures. also try the paris bourse website and links. cheers/ |
