How would you translate en aveugle. In fact the entire sentence is troubling me. The document is detailing the benefits of taking part in a conference.

I have a feeling that this is nothing to do with statistics, but that "en aveugle" is being used here in the context of a computer file "fichier", in which case it would almost certainly simply be translated as "blind".
How about this for the whole sentence: "Blind use of the file of visitors/listeners and pre-registered persons with at least three instances of re-use."
(Difficult to do any better without more context)
