This is another one of those famous "purpose of the company" clauses.
I kind of like Counsel's suggestion of "franchising" for "location-gérance". The real problem is to distinguish between "fonds de commerce" and "'etablissements". Any help would be appreciated:

I ended up leaving the French term with an explanation (that seems the way that isn't misleading) + business concern or establishment. I don't see any point in using a term that wouldn't be correctly understood by the reader.

Not very pretty but it's a more or less official translation of a term for a French practice of which there is no true equivalent in the US. "Franchise" is confusing. More like "under management".

etablissement = a business premises, plant, site, warehouse, whatever - a 'part' of a business, anyway.

Er, in case it\'s not obvious, this is to answer what you said was \"the real problem\". The LG thing has come up before, and we didn\'t manage to come to agreement then, either! As I think you know, from Q 535614, I\'m in favour of leaving it as is, with brief explanation after it. And I\'m not in favour of franchising. As a translation I mean, I have no moral objection to the commercial concept.
