French term

parc cible

French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
I am translating a CV and am struggling with 'parc cible':

Responsable développement du parc cible (évolutions techniques)

This is under the section where he describes his role as a Business Development Manager.

Thanks

LouC1482 (asker) Jul 29, 2010:
Hi, sorry for the delay. He works in the export department for a company which develops software and evaluation programs for weapon systems for the French military so I assume that this refers to computers/technology. Thanks
philgoddard Jul 28, 2010:
Yes, we need to know this.
Transitwrite Jul 28, 2010:
What business is he in? If it is in cars then parc would be fleet, if he is in computers, the parc could be the stock/installations they have etc... Please provide context.

target installations

Given the comment you just provided I would be tempted to use this if you think it fits the overall context.

French term (edited): Responsable développement du parc cible

Development Manager of the target group

My suggestion.

"parc" can mean "group" depending on the context.
