This is from a presentation by a large corporation's works council that is unhappy because the corporation is divesting itself of some of its most lucrative business activities (according to the works council).

Vers une nouvelle hérésie patrimoniale ? Il est clair que le calendrier est très mal choisi pour préserver les intérêts patrimoniaux de XXXX dès lors que la valorisation de cette activité peut être fragilisée par (outside event).

Some more context would help. What does it say before and after this? What is the "outside event"? I don't think "heresy" is going to work.
