English translation:last-voyage/secondhand/repurposed containers with unique seals
Explanation:
"A “last voyage container” is a container that has been sold as second hand for transport to a location where it will be used for other purposes, e.g. housing, storage etc. The seller of the container will typically remove the three-letter owner code and perhaps also the one-letter equipment identifier as well as any company logos from the exterior of the container before its transfer to the purchaser."

This is a little-used term, and doesn't get many hits, though it is bona fide - my reference is from an international convention. So you could put "secondhand"or repurposed" instead.

So does "unique" mean "single" or "unique"? Well, I think the latter makes more sense. Containers have electronic seals containing information about them.

"ISO 18185-1:2007 specifies a read-only, non-reusable freight container seal identification system, with an associated system for verifying the accuracy of use, having

a seal status identification system,
a battery status indicator,
a ***unique seal identifier*** including the identification of the manufacturer."
