This may help. Whatever was "inscrit" on the "acte" was done so after ("postérieurement à") the extract in question had been drawn up. It is about a sequence of events. You should be reading "postérieur à" rather than "à l'établissement", although it does all run together of course. Your original reads : "Inscrite sur l'acte postérieurement à l'établissement du présent extrait." It basically means that something was entered/noted* on the deed** after the extract in question had been drawn up, thus : "Noted/entered on the deed after the drawing up of the deed." It could have something to do with "registered" (entered on a register or roll of some kind). Also, "deed" may not be the right term in context. I don't know what "same certificate" refers to. It's usually a good idea to repeat full context for each post in order to save posters from having to look back. Copy/paste usually does the trick! Hope this helps. |
