agree  Caroline Marsh: Whatever the "relevé" is it has concrete and shuttering/boxing, so it is a structure, not a survey.

neutral  B D Finch: It's quite wrong to confuse "Relevé d'état" with "relevé béton". One can't just ignore the grammatical difference.

agree  philgoddard: Your first reference is relevant, and includes a picture. Here's a clickable URL: http://construction-moigny.e-monsite.com/pages/releve-beton.... However, the second is not - relevé d'état means survey.
