Just found that recipe on the web, definitely looks like a word missing as it's not in any of the other Pescatelles recipes listed in the chef's corner. Had it been another word for a bouillon, the quantities wouldn't be in grammes they would be in floz or cl I would have thought...
As it appears you're translating the recipe reeny is referring to, "herbs" are mentioned in the instructions but not in the list of ingredients (other than the coriander and mint to decorate). Could this be it?
