Client: purchaser of the application
the company sent 1 delivery of application , client has to test for validation and if there is anything not conforming to what he asks he returns for company then there is delivery 2 for validation...etc

I think we need a lot more context. Is this really an educational quality assurance plan? What is the document de recette? Who are the clients, and why would they want to return it? What is the application?
