It really would help so much if you gave us a bit more context — like at least telling us what sort of lighting this is?
I'm having to guess that these are the same solar-powered garden lights as in your earlier question; if so, then I'd tend to say 'spike' — I don't really think the « d'ancrage » really needs to be rendered in EN, but if you feel it does, then pehraps 'fixing' would do (though strictly speaking, I don't think we're tlaking about anything fixed, as such) — or perhaps 'mounting' would be better?

So it seems to be some kind of wall fixture
if this is so, then the above might do

And for another, it is clear from the text that this is solar powered, and so surely has to be outdoors.
'à poser' doesn't mean it is a table lamp, it just means it isn't intended to be hung up.
here though I do believe its outside lighting
