I'm struggling to identify the most likely meaning of "allocations" in this context. It's an internal strategy presentation by an electronics company - the slide in question is "Bilan exercice passé", and the specific sections is talking about specific economic challenges the company has faced:

- Tensions fortes sur les SC (allocations)
I am assuming SC = semiconductors, but am at a bit of a loss for "allocations".

I often see the word “allocation” in French translated into “allowance” for the following purposes:
allocation familiale = state allowance paid to families
allocation chômage = jobseeker's allowance / unemployement insurance
allocation de logement = rent allowance
allocation de parent isolé = allowance for one-parent families
I've also seen it used in law (constitutional law).
Allowance: an amount provided in the contract, specifically budgeted to cover the cost of particular items of work, services or products.
EX – The face brick is specified at an allowance of $85 per thousand delivered and stacked at the job.
