French term

vu par

French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Purchasing
Salut!

I would like to know if anybody can give me some advice on translating this term. It is taken from one of the headings in an edition of an automotive equipment company's newsletter (the focus of the newsletter is purchasing). The term appears as follows:
- PEPS UN AN APRES
- INFOS +
VU PAR

Cette édition de mars est consacrée aux Achats !

Merci!

Difficult, given the cryptically low amount of context provided, but this kind if solution is often used in corporate newsletters/magazines, etc.
