peer agreement (net): +1participative/actively participating associations Explanation: Wow, it exists on Internet but no definitions. My gut feeling is that certain associations take over certain things in a project (like you take the baton in a relay race). Maybe when the other association hasn't got the expertise or equipement to do sth. So the association relai is more active (participative) in the project than simply being associated with it. But I'm not French and sometimes when i have a gut feeling, it turns out just to be a wind!!! |
