I am going to suggest that the subject in question is a roller shutter which means that the "caisson is a "shutter box", the "embouts de caison" are "shutter box end caps".

i.e. the profiled trim that is added to dress or finish the junction between 2 elements or components. "Embouts de profil de finition" = finishing profile end caps. "Pièces de fermeture de D" = D-shaped closure pieces???

i emailed the client and its pieces de fermeture de D. Very helpful once again! thanks this is really helpful as im a bit lost. profil de finition i have posted also is this just profile finish?

I think we are talking about the installation of a blind, awning or roller shutter that can be done by a home handyman. Hence the short list of tools required. The "caisson" is the "blind box" or "shutter box". This makes sense in relation to "Profils de finition", "Guides lateraux"and "Embouts de profil de finition". What comes after "Pièces de fermeture de..."? It may help to narrow the alternatives.
