French term or phrase: CCP/Ouagadougou
What does CCP stand for in this reference on a Burkina Faso identification card?
I note that CCP appears before the names of other cities in Burkina Faso as well,
but cannot find what it stands for. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance!
