All of the Canadian government's sites are bilingual, so you can click on an "English" tab that appears on most of the French pages, and voila, you have the English translation.

neutral  Timothy Barton: Just to clarify Tegan's tip, do the search on google.ca and search Canadian sites only. If you add "gc" as one of your search terms then a greater ratio of the sites found will be official billingual sites.
