French to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Human Resources
French term or phrase: P&DD
Part of an employee interview prep. However, the acronym is new to me:

"Philosophie de la revue P&DD de mi-année

Dans le cadre de votre P&DD, vous devez réaliser entre juin et juillet avec votre manager, la revue P&DD de mi-année."

I believe it is Personal development interview? But can't account for the other D.

Sometimes they use english acronyms in french texts. If anyone is familiar with this, thanks in advance!

Asker: thanks, but I don't think that's the one. I think it's Personal Development and?

PP&D - Performance Planning and Development

If it's an English acronym and some kind of performance review (which it certainly looks like from the context), this looks like a likely option. The P&DD instead of PP&D could just be a typo or a by-product of unfamiliarity with English.

See, eg. http://policies.une.edu.au/view.current.php?id=00152

This is based on some net research just now, I haven't come across this before, hence the "just a guess" rating.

P&DD is used as an acronym for "Planning and Development Division". I don't think that's the solution here, but might also be a cause of acronym confusion. Maybe it's a "check with client" one, but it's always good to have an alternative in hand in those situations.

My suggestion is:

P&DD : Performance and Development Drivers
