This is an appeal by staff reps regarding the laying off of some of the workforce of this cement works in addition to changes in performance/management etc, designed to deal (financially I guess) with the difficult year that has passed.

"Pour ce qui concerne la suppression de la dotation de la ration ou toute autre facon d’aboutir en find de compte au meme resultat, ..."

I can see that staff allocations are being removed, but do they mean of benefits specifically at this point, or of the whole employment package of a worker? And maybe there is a good way to express the phrase generally in UK English?
