Bus/Financial - Human Resources / job offers
French term or phrase: PTP ou TTP
This is a Canadian employee questionnaire. These two acronyms clearly refer to two different job contract types. I am wondering if the combination of letters refers to whether these jobs are permanent, temporary, full time or part time.

"souvent, les postes affichés sont PTP ou TTP ... plusieurs personnes restent en poste malgré qu'ils sont tannés ou malheureux, afin de ne pas perdre ce statut précieux (PPT)"

Many thanks.

Work-Sharing (WS) is an adjustment program designed to help employers and employees avoid layoffs when there is a temporary reduction in the normal level of business activity that is beyond the control of the employer. The measure provides income support to employees eligible for Employment Insurance benefits who work a temporarily reduced work week while their employer recovers.

neutral  philgoddard: Unlikely, since these are for people working reduced hours because their employers are in difficulty.
