French to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Investment / Securities / Shareholders\' agreement
French term or phrase: agissant ensemble, sans solidarité
In a shareholders' agreement
after listing the parties, its says agissant ensemble sans solidarité

I want to say 'acting together severally but not jointly'
the non legalese version of jointly is together, so it won't work..
