(the software programme...) "permet de définir les objets métiers et les dictionnaires de données."
The objects are in a business modelling programme and may just be those appropriate to the company involved, but perhaps there is a specific English term?

this is a term in object-oriented programming....if I remember correctly, such as Java...that's all I can say with such little context
