4 +3 | (minor) enhancements / amendments |

(minor) enhancements / amendments Explanation: évolutive and évolution are always a bit tricky. I usually opt for "enhancements" (and variants). Since this is under maintenance, I'd be inclined to add "minor" to enhancements since system enhancements in general can include some fairly major development that wouldn't normally be considered maintenance. "maintenance corrective" is of course corrective maintenance and involves fault fixing "maintenance évolutive" is amendments (which is another option you could consider) that are so small-scale as to not require separate development projects (and all that this entails - budgets, drawing up specs, user approval, unit testing, link testing, acceptance testing blah blah). It's stuff like, oh, adding a comment field to the bottom of the screen or displaying something that wasn't shown before or moving the position of something on a screen or maybe getting the system to calculate VAT at x% and display it - what counts under "maintenance évolutive" will depend on the company and how "strict" they are. Usually accompanied by some kind of relatively formal "request for change" or "change request" form (or similar) |
