Joint liability Explanation: Être solidaire does generally refer to being loyal or faithful to another party to whom one has a responsibility, moral and perhaps legal. In this agreement it is clearly being stated that in no way is it to be construed that this agreement forms the basis (or has the quality) of being a separate legal entity. Therefore the term "joint" or "liability" seems to onerous and does not reflect the spirit of this agreement. "Responsible" may be a better word. |
