French to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Administrative
French term or phrase: sus animé
This is a "Letter contractuelle entre sociétés"

"En date du / / , la société XXXX, sus animé par Mr XXXXX accepte d'apporter son concours à la société YYYYY."

This is the first time I've seen this particular legalese. How should it be translated?

I want to put 'here represented by Mr XXXX' but I'm not sure if something else is better.
Anyone see this before?

Thanks in advance!
