French term or phrase: en application du modifié
Hi all,
I am hoping someone can shed some light on this for me. It seems like there is something missing. At any rate, I personally have never seen "le modifié" used as a noun.

So, if feels to me like something is missing from the sentence (for ex: "en application du règlement modifié") If not, could it be something like "in application of the amendment" ? I hesitate to put this because there is no previous reference to an amendment in the text.

Thanks very much for any help !

Asker: Thanks very much for your suggestion Jonathan, but in this case I could not risk making a guess at it. I forwarded my query to the agency and asked them to get clarification from the end client... who apparantly never responded. I ended up putting "... in application of the amended [sic]." Thanks again for taking the time to respond.
