I understand that the Seller pays the full amount of the negotiation fees.
But I do not quite understand how LA COMPTABILITÉ of the notary can pay anything. Does it mean that the payment is RECORDED in the participating notary's accounts?
Why not say so then?

Your input would be very much appreciated.

paid through the participating notary's account
Explanation:
Could it be that the amount was paid through the notary? Maybe the funds were turned over to the notary for subsequent payment.

disagree  Daryo: in actual fact it's a "client account" - the money NEVER goes to the "notary's own account" [=belongs to the notary] but to a "client account" managed by the notary https://www.google.co.uk/search?q="client account"

agree  ph-b (X): Oops! Deleted the agree I posted on the day of the question. Just wanted to add that it may be a client account as Daryo says, but it's still part of the notary's accounts (under a heading like "client account")

-> Yes, exactly. It is still the notary's account. Of course their account has sub accounts and sub headings for all of their different clients. But the important thing is that the payment is made through them.
