A Swiss contract uses this term:

English translation:trust order
Explanation:
A trust is a contract/agreement whereby one party [called the exchanger (or grantor/settlor)] agrees to transfer ownership/title to his property to a second party (called the trustee) to own/hold and manage according to the terms of the trust instrument (contract/agreement) for the future benefit of a third party (called the beneficiary).

Well, it took a long time to get back to this. From the context, the only thing that made sense was simply "trust". I asked the client to confirm this but she did not reply on this point specifically; she only said that the translation (a very short test piece) was good. I could not confirm the term "trust order" anywhere on the Internet so I left it as "trust".

Thanks to all for your suggestions.
Best regards,
Roseanne
