Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / fixed price contracts - software
French term or phrase: clairement et précisément désignés comme tels
Context: wording of a fixed price design contract between a software design company and its client. My own translation effort appears below the original, and I want to know if I have got the correct sense - it is the 'comme tels' that confuses me slightly!

Here is my effort so far:

Once X undertakes to provide the services under the conditions stipulated in the Contract, no task or commitment of funds can be requested of X other than those which are clearly and precisely appointed to X in the in the FPDP.
