French to English Law/Patents Law (general) police statement
In a police statement regarding an investigation into possible fraud, the following phrase appears close to the end of the statement given by the person interviewed:

"Je ne sollicite pas l’accomplissement d’autres devoirs d’instruction ni d’audition complémentaire."

investigatory proceedings

In UK we would never say "investigation proceedings" since the Police carry out invesigations and proceedings are brought in the Courts independently by the CPS. Therefore, it's a contradiction in terms.
As this is clearly a French procedure (by a juge d'instruction or investigating magistrate) I think you need to turn the first word into an adjective
