Settlement agreement
This is from a settlement agreement and is in brackets at the end of a sentence that stipulates that the Employee is entitled to a severance payment even if she finds a new job during the advance notice period for the termination of her employment contract.
I know that it is referring to the fact that the onus is on her to provide evidence of this new job but I don't know how to translate it succinctly. Is there a simple way of translating this?
Thank you

Comment: "Thank you - it was "burden of proof" that I couldn't quite put my finger on. I wanted to make it clear that she must provide the proof so this is perfect. Thank you to everyone for your help."

the burden of proof lies on her
the phrase prior to the parenthesis is clear enough. So it remains to say that the burden of proof lies in her
