So-if the "droit" is being used for the first time-then just the word "included" is good, as Rebecca offers, but
if the "droit" has been applied in the past to another code and this has been mentioned in the text (the more likely interpretation) then I think "taken up and included" is better. In my opinion, without more context, it is impossible to say whether Rebecca or I have the better rendering.
