French term or phrase: Dit et fait commandement aux Arhcives NAtionales
This is a note written by a bailiff. Second to last paragraph reads:

J'ai Huissier susdit et soussigne etant et parlant comme dessus *dit et fait commandement aux Archives Nationales représentés comme est dit d'avoir* a proceder a l'execution du present jugement.

I mostly need help with the part marked by asterixis, but it would be great to get the entire sentence.

I'm a little confused as to what is being "représentés" since archives is feminine and "commandement" here is singular.

Thank you!

agree  philgoddard: I'm not sure about the grammar, but this is definitely the meaning.

agree  Kevin Oheix: (dire et) faire commandement à X = order X. Formule lourde dans le texte source, je suis d'accord avec "order" qui est l'idée principale.
