"L'EVALUATION DE L'ACTIF IMMOBILIER
Trois estimations allaient être sollicitées.
D'abord deux auprès d'agences immobilières locales puis l'une auprès d'un cabinet d'expertise foncière."

"Land consultancy"? Or does it correspond to something more specific in the Anglo-Saxon world?

A firm of real estate appraisers (and licensed surveyors)
Explanation:
If Anglo-Saxon means Anglo-American-Aussie, then we need to take a look at any AmE/ CanE/ OzE/ NZE approximations.

The functions performed equate roughly in the UK with estate agencies and land surveyors, minus firms of Licensed Conveyancers.

Explanation:
There are several ways you can translate this, but I don't think you should try to find an "Anglo Saxon" equivalent and anyway I don't think land was managed by paid professional in Anglo Saxon times...

I have attempted a suitable rendering for UK 21st century English but reflecting the range of tasks these forms undertake, based on definitions which can easily be found online, as well as the websites of such firms/practices.

agree  Daryo: A translation that reflects the reality of what the term means in the "country of origin" makes more sense than "localising" / giving false "equivalents" for the country of the target audience.
