this is what comes after

In the doc. what is between brackets is directly addressing the inventors, to either provide more documents or to complete somthing...

More context please Asker, the style suggests "I am awaiting" or just "awaiting"
From your document, can you tell if is this is the case?

Awaiting statement of case/brief

Without more context, I can only guess that it means the statement of case, (or brief in US English) that the lawyer must submit before the case is heard.
mémoire is usually statement of case, but can mean other things depending on context. And given that there is insufficient information, it seems like the lawyer has not yet submitted it.
