French term or phrase: Pour servir et faire valoir ce que de droit
I'm doing a legal translation but am inexperienced in this field. This appears at the end of declarations, so it must be a set legal phrase with which I am unfamiliar. Any help would be much appreciated!!

with all advantages thereto pertaining Source CORRECT pour valoir ce que de droit Source CORRECT

pour servir et valoir ce que de droit

"For all legal purposes" is the traditional expression but you might also use "In witness whereof" which implies that the signatory of the declaration warrants it.

Hope it may help.
